A. |
Property owner will receive detailed income and expense report including a year
end accumulative statement and IRS 1099 tax for for tax purposes.

Copies of any maintenance bills will be provided to the property owner. (owner
approval is required for most maintenance expenditures)

Optional items that my be billed directly to our office and paid from property
owner's rental account:

needed on the subject property.
