In order for you to be able to use many of the features of this new system, we MUST have a current working e-mail address. This will allow us to provide you the needed information about the new system and features that will be available for your use as they are implemented.
Once we receive your e-mail address, an e-mail will be sent to you with a temporary pass code and payment instructions.
If you do not use the on-line payment portal to make payments, the address to mail payments to is located on the portal when you sign into your account. We also ask that you still register your e-mail so we may send you community updates and information. Various documents may also be accessible for your community on the portal.
If you do not have e-mail, please notify our office in writing and we will make arrangements for you to get a coupon book.
